Some sad news today. Chunky Monkey of Sandy's litter did not make it.
He was the runt of the litter and never seemed to catch up to the rest of them.

The Icecream litter has arrived! Sandy of RTPK had 17 babies Wednesday afternoon
8/18/2008 The Band Names litter has arrived! Savannah of RTPK had 15 babies Monday morning.
8/17/2008 The Musicals litter has arrived! RTPK's Nike had 12 babies around 9am this morning.
Check the current litters page for a pictures!
As of December 2008 all adopters will be required to sign an adoption contract.
If you would like to read a copy of it before December, send us an email.

A The For those of you that don't check your emails and are on Katie & Hannah's fall litters lists...
The Muscials, Elements and Band Names pairs have been placed together! The babies will be due as early as 8/15/08.
If you are waiting on these three litters... check your emails and respond to the following questions:
1) what sex rat you were interestedin
2) the number of rats you were interested in
3) if you were interested in dumbos or standards (don't say either!)
4) for standard people - if you prefer himalayan/siamese or other
the purpose of these questions is to make sure everyone is still interested and to make sure out lists are correct! Thanks.
PS if you don't respond by August 23, you WILL be crossed off of our list.
We are still accepting applications for these litters as well.

A The rescues page has been renamed the Rescues and Adoptables page... we currently have retired rats for adoption.
All adoptables are free to a good home! If you are interested in any of our adoptable rats, please email us.
Why? Because we are turning over a new leaf! Over the next 6 months we will be slowing down on the litters from our current
rats in order to acquire and work in new pedigree rats!

A new dumbo litter has been added for the August/September planned litters...
And we still have room for more applications for all 3 planned litters!
The Monument's litter has arrived! 7 babies were born to Ceridwen of RTPK on 6/7/08!
Look for updated pages and more information as the babies grow and go to their new homes!

The Games litter has arrived! 9 babies were born to RTPK's Nike on 5/13/08.
The Flower litter has arrived! 12 babies were born to Autumn of RTPK on 5/17/08.
RTPK's Playing By Heart has stopped gaining weight... either there will be under 5 babies or none at all. We will see.
Cerwiden of RTPK appears to be pregnant, due around the week of 6/8/08.
We still have plenty of applications for girls but only two boys! If anyone would like to have boys out of this litter,
you would be pretty much guaranteed your pick!
Also look for new pages and pictures throughout the site!

We are currently accepting applications for the Games, Flower and Super Heros litters only!
another litter is being organized by Jill, watch her page for updates on that.
Although we do have quite a few people on the list already... please do not hesitate to send us an application! More often then not people drop off our list at the last minute. Also, if all three females have the average number of babies (12-15) we should be able to handle upwards of 30 or more reserved rats! Plus anyone who does not receive rats from these three litters will have the option to be at the top of the list for the august/sept litters!
Starting 7/1/2008 the prices will be as follows
Standard rats - $8 per rat
Dumbo rats - $10 per rat
Rex rats - $10 per rat
Also we will be taking application by litter, unless the person applying has no preference.
2008 is the Year of the Rat!
