Eero and Lauri have been close mates since meeting in the third grade.
the band had 3 different names alltogether which they changes it first started off as Sputnik,then anttila and then now as their known Rasmus.
The name "Rasmus" comes from the word "trashmosh".
in november 2000 officially known as aki,came to play the drums for the band after janne left the band.at the same time changed the recordcompany they were with and from rasmus to the rasmus.
They have support alot of artists lately, like HIM, Red Hot Chili Peppers
and the last one was Roxette on their Scandinavia tour infront of 40.000 people
