No. 6 PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE

under the Grand Lodge of Northern Ireland

Welcome to the web pages of No.6 P.G.L. The Mount, 13 -15 Castlereagh Street, Belfast. They have been set up as a guide to any Member of the Order that may be visiting our area, either physically or on the web. I also hope that they also get people outside the Order asking what it's all about!

The site has come together by the efforts of myself and the encouragement of Bro. David Bright ROH, who is the Grand Primo for 2007 in Northern Ireland. One Brother who has been of great help has been Bro. Tommy Thompson ROH PGP 2007 No. 6 Province who has supplied quite a lot of the photographs. So many in fact that I will change some every month. Our Province Lodge Secretaries are now getting into the swing of things and are working to supply me with the history of their Minor Lodges. I hope to be updating this site on a regular basis. At the moment I am at it at least two hours a day trying to improve things. The sooner it's complete the better. I might end up with a social life!!!

This page has been developed with the intention of giving as much information to Fellow Buffs who may be in our Province and wish to visit or extend fraternal greeting with the Lodges of Northern Ireland and also the Brethren in the Dublin and District. The Grand Lodge of Northern Ireland (G.L.N.I.) comprises of seven Provinces namely from one (1) to seven (7) plus the Dublin and District P.G.L. making a total of eight (8).
