Tutorial for Paint Shop Pro 8

First, choose the image you are going to work with, and open it up in paint shop pro.
I am going to use this one.

Next, go to layers, then to duplicate.

Then, go to effects, then to distortion effects, then finally to pixelate.

Put your settings like mine (it doesnt have to be the same; the block width depends on the size of the image)

Next, double click on the duplicated layer.

Select either hard light, soft light, or overlay from the drop down menu.  Then press okay.

FINISHED PRODUCT
