- Gaussian Blur -
Tutorial for Paint Shop Pro 8

First, open up the image you are going to work with.
I am going to use this one.



Go to layers, then choose duplicate.



Then, double click on the duplicated layer.



From the drop-down menu, select "hard light".  Then click okay.



Next, go to adjust, then to blur, then finally to Gaussian blur



Put your radius to either 3.00 or 4.00.  Then press okay
