Tutorial for Paint Shop Pro 8
 

First, put your text settings like mine (you can change the font and font size)

Create some text, and put it in the center of the image.  Keep the text selected!

Go to effects, then 3d effects, then go to drop shadow.

Set your settings like mine.

Then press okay.  Repeat steps as many times as you need.
