Mark your calendars for the annual RRVFD BBQ -- Saturday July 18 starting at 11:00 AM at the fire station.   There is also a silent auction.

We promised to make the trial transcript available on our website, however the file size is too large to post here.   The fastest way to get a copy is to simply email us a request.

Assessments are due on the first of each quarter and will be late if recieved after the end of the first month of the quarter.  Please contact the management company if you did not recieve a statement.
