Information: The Del Lords are meeting in council

Del Montoso Worno was placed on the throne and as a young prince by a military
junta who decided he was the one best suited lead them in taking back the Kashan
Territory from the hated Begmans. But Del
Montoso Worno instead masterfully outmaneuvered the Del Lord council and with
use of the Church reached an agreement with Begma and Kashfa brining a hitherto
unknown era of peace.
As of Episode 7 Del Coro Interan was made Monarch of Ohar
History:
This land was attacked and concurred many times by Oberon and the elders of
Amber. It was a difficult shadow to control for any length of time. The Culture
though primitive was well organized and understood the secrets of War. No sooner
would the forces of Amber retreat then Ohar would prepare for another attack on
Begma. They say that it was here the Benedict became enraptured with warfare and
even lived with the Ohar.
By the time of PFW Ohar was forced to side with Amber but only under the
condition that after the war they would hear the Ohar's claim that they feel
would prove them the owners of Kashfar. So it was struck and the chariot armies
of Ohar rolled against the Black Road. By the time the war had ended Ohar and
united under a single Monarchy ran by the Del a group of powerful regional
lords.
Denied membership into the Golden Court they approach to Amber to have
their claim heard was ignored and they prepared to war again for Kashfa. Some
say that it was lucky that the OSW occurred when it did for Ohar had just the
army to counter attack. This attack was carried out by on their own behalf not
the GC and when the OSW force sought to sway them to change sides. Random
swiftly intervened not only offering membership in the GC but promising them a
hearing by the GC of their claim.
When the war was over Ohar took their dispute to the GC who found on
behalf of Begma and Ohar secretly prepared to go back to war for Kashfa. The
exact reason why is still in some debate but soon Del Montoso Worno was
appointed and in an epic double deal signed a treaty with Amber abdicating
forever their claim to Kashfar.
Ohar has been slow to change their military ways and they still posses a
huge army. Though their seems to be no danger of problems any longer. Ohar has
slowly began to open it's self up to trade to all shadows but Kashfa and Begma.
