When I look at the sky
and I see the rainbow up high
it reminds me of God's promise long ago
and then again I will know
He will keep it as He keeps me
that's what I think of when the rainbow I see

The beauty of a rose
Why is it
that the beauty of a Rose
always comes together with the sharp thorns that hurt?
Why can't there be beauty without pain?
Why is it that after sunshine follows rain?
Is it to keep us humble, down to earth?
Can we reach heaven on our own? I know we can't ....
It is too far to reach, we don't have wings
but we can borrow some and then we'll be
into the arms of One that is Truth, Love
and Beauty altogether
for eternity

the quiet water
the water is streaming as it seems
the silent water in the streams
it's late already, getting late ...
quiet i sit, quiet i wait,
the silent water in the streams
it's late already, getting late ...
quiet i sit, quiet i wait,
i wait and watch the water tide,
i watch and look at the other side,
the other side where the boat should come,
to bring me there where my prince is from,
who waits for me, or maybe not ...
i'm sitting there quiet, thinking a lot,
feeling sad, why I don't know
while the waters around me quietly flow,
the silent water in the streams,
coming and going as it seems....

To play a game, is that an art?
It is! For you stay young at heart
if you can play just like a child
you'll outnumber all the wild
yet unwise adults that are grumbling
and over games and toys are stumbling!
When the whole world would be more playing
there would be PEACE on earth, I'm saying!
