Leo was born on 31/08/02. He was 1 of 7 and the biggest of them all, he was nicknamed tails as he had a kink in his tail, even with his kink i knew he was the one for us. The kink wasnt a problem as we didnt want to show him and he was neutered at 4 months.
We got him from a breeder in a little village called Cwmbach in South Wales. We brought him home at 7 weeks after a long wait. I originally had my heart set on having a bitch but after seeing how handsome his father was and meeting him my mind was made up.
There was alot of hard work involved with Leo as he didnt have the quietest temperement and was quite dominant and boistrous, however, he is approaching his 3rd birthday and you wouldnt believe he is the same dog. Still i thank him for teaching me more about Ridgebacks than i could ever read in a book.
Leo is my champion, and always will be in my eyes.
