Help! I can't run MegaRace on my XP!

Please click on "DOSBox Emulation" on the left side of your screen. It will tell you evrything you need to run MegaRace on your XP.

My running MegaRace on DOSBox and I notice that some videos run slower than others or skip briefly for a couple of seconds. Is it possible to fix this? Or is this a problem with my CD/Emulator/Computer?

Now, while the videos run perfectly on old computers, some videos that are played through the emulator skip or slow down completely. It is not a problem with your CD, unless if their are some serious scratches and other damages to it. Nor it is a problem with your computer. I run MegaRace on my Windows 98 and my XP and notice the videos skip at the exact same spots. I've try this with both of my MegaRace CDs. It might be the emulator. Unfortunately, I didn't write DOSBox, so I don't know how to fix this. So for now, you just have to live with it. Sorry.

How many copies of MegaRace do you own?

I have two CDs, both original. My original CD that I played with for 10 years has a 4-5 mm hole near the center of the disk. The game is playable up until the "Old San" level on hard difficulty. So I bought a new one on eBay. That CD has very few scratches and the game runs perfectly.
