          The subject focuses on the fundamental doctrines of the Bible.

 

Church Music 1

          An introduction to music. Includes theories and familiarization in note reading.

                                                    

Homiletics 1                                                        

          Sermon Design and Delivery

 

English 1

          An introduction to English language. Focus on vocabularies, parts of speech and sentence construction.

                                                       

Psychology 1 (Christian Personal Development)                             

          A study on developing Christian personality.

 

Computer 1 (Basic Computer Operation)                                                         

            An introduction to computer and familiarizing on terms, use of windows and basic computer use.

 

 

Second Semester

 

Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy                               

          An overview study of the four books of Pentateuch focus on Israel from Egypt to the land of Canaan.

 

The Gospel according to John                                                                                               

          A study of the life of Christ in the point of view of Apostle John. Focuses in Jesus’ divinity.

 

Acts of the Apostles                                                                          

          A study of establishment of the church and the life and works of the apostles and their ministry.

 

 

1 & 2 Thessalonians and Galatians                                                 

          Study in some Pauline epistle address to the Thessalonians and Galatians.

 

Church Music 2                                                                

          A study of new selected songs and singing chorus with different voices.

 

General Office Procedure and Library Management

           A study on the basics of office management and basic Library Science

 

Teaching Children 1 (ladies)                                                           

          Study in introduction, principles and methods in teaching children in the church.

 

Evangelism 1

Study of introduction, methods and principles of evangelism. Definition and biblical examples of evangelism.

 

Bible Geography                                                                                  

          Study in familiarization of important places in the Bible, people involve and important events.

Joshua and Judges                                                                               

Continuation study of the Old Testament and history of Israel from Joshua to different Judges of Israel

 

Pastoral Epistles (1 & 2 Timothy, Titus)                                                                                 

          Introduction and history of the epistles of 1 & 2 Timothy and Titus and purpose of writings. Special attention on the organization and selection elders and deacons in the church.

 

Prison Epistles (Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians, Philemon)                                                                                 

          Study in the epistles of Apostle Paul while he was in prison. Background and history of the epistles and practical Christianity.

 

1 & 2 Corinthians                                                                              

          A study of the church of Corinth, problems and solutions of Apostle Paul. Focus on Christian living and practices.

 

General Biblical Introduction

          Study on how the Bible organized its inspiration and canonicity.                                                          

 

 

 

Homiletics 2 (men)                                                                          

          Study in preparation and delivery of expository sermon. Classroom preaching and evaluation.

 

Teaching Children 2 (ladies)                                                           

            Continuation study of teaching children in the church. The use of visual aids, crafts, learning children songs.           

 

Evangelism 2  

          Study in different kinds of evangelism and its strategies. How to find effective materials. Classroom practice and actual teaching.

Romans

          Introduction to the epistle. Special attention in doctrine of sin, Christ role and salvation. Other practical Christianity included.

                                                                                                       

Hebrews

          Study of the authorship intent of the epistle to the Hebrews. Comparison of the old and new covenants.                                                                                            

 

General Epistles (James, 1 & 2 Peter, 1, 2, & 3 John, Jude)                                                                             

          Study in epistles of James, Peter, John and Jude. Discusses the authorship, Christian conditions and practical Christianity.

 

Hermeneutics                                                                                    

          Study of the proper interpretation of the Bible.

 

Discipleship 1                                                                                  

          Study in basic principles of Christian growth. Biblical principles and examples of discipleship.

 

 

Christian Home                                                                                

         

 

Church History 1                                            

          A study of the history of Christianity after the death of the apostles. The spread of Christianity all over the world.

 

World Religion 1

          A study of  Christian religions. Special attention of origin, founders and doctrines.
