Welcome to my World
It's an uncomfortable feeling to stand up in front of people who are expecting to be trained by an 'expert'. It creates high expectations, but in fact many 'off-the-shelf' trainings delivered by so-called experts end up by sending the trainees to sleep! Hiring me as a trainer will keep the trainees wide awake - guaranteed.
The secret is that because my approach to training is about revitalizing, stimulating and motivating the participants who work with me, providing them with simple practical skills, therefore sculpting the atmosphere by changing the training room into a really fun and expanding place to join.
It doesn't matter what kind of training you provide- communication skills, ICL skills, interpersonal skills, IT skills, Conflict resolution skills- you must always be ready and able to handle whatever takes place in the training room with flamboyance, finesse and professionalism.
