Quadrôme Evasion has a Civil and Professional Responsability Insurance,
a Legal Protection Insurance, an Individuel Insurance fot it's clients and of course an Insurance for it's vehicles.
The insurance does not cover any damage caused by clients to the quads themselves.
In the case that a client brings his own quad he has to be properly and legally insured.
Quadrome Evasion might ask to the client a copy of it's insurance policy.
Within our prices each client has a special coverage " Individuel Accident " for the time of the activity.
Engagement :
The disposition of our quads to the client engages his responsability in a formal way.
The client agrees that he will pay any damage caused to our quads, in case of any destruction
of the materiel due to dangerous or hazardous driving.
After each excursion the quads will be checked in presence of the client.
By consequence, within the engagement of the client a down-payment of 500,00 Euro per quad
is demanded by Quadrome Evasion and should be deposited before each excursion and/or rental.
Reservations:
The inscription to one of our excursions implies the acceptation of the following conditions:
The signature of the rental contract .
Each inscription or reservation has to be accompanied by a down-payment of 30% of the total sum of the excursion
and will be validated only then and according to the amount of free places available.
In case of acceptation of your inscription the fee for the excursions should be paid before the departure on the day of activity.
Cancellations:
If for any reason you will have to cancel your reservation, the amount that was paid
by the client will be refunded according to the following rules;
- More then 14 days before the activity date : 20% of the amount of the excursion will be charged
- From 14 to 7 days before the activity date: 30% of the amount of the excursion will be charged.
- Less then 7 days before the activity date: 40% of the amount of the excursion will be charged
Complete absence at the day or hour of activity will result in a 50% charge of the total amount of the excursion.

Cancellations
If Quadrome Evasion is forced to cancel an excursion due to particular conditions in relation to the security of our clients, severe weather conditions or any other reason , the participants will be refunded the total amount of their payment but can not claim any other indemnisation.
Responsabilities :
Each participant should be aware that by the nature of our activity he or she can be exposed to danger and or hazardous situations.
The client can encounter a certain risk also by the fact that medical centers might be at distance.
The client takes his own responsabilty and should assume this responsability without putting any claim on Quadrome Evasion
or it's guides in case of an accident or any other misfortune.
This is equally valid for all other members of his family or any other participant.
If for any reason Quadrome Evasion will decide to suspend the excursion, and in particular to preserve the security of the group,
we reserve ourselves the right to propose a alternative way of transport, of lodging, another course
or itinerary aswell as a change in departure times, without the possibilty for the client to claim any indemnisation.
A lettre of discharge should be signed by each participant before departure.
Each participant has to adapt and obey to the rules of engagement and security as established by Quadrome Evasion.
Quadrome Evasion can not be held responsable for any accidents due to the irresponsable individual behaviour of a client
or member of a group.
Quadrome Evasion reserves itself the right to expell any person or persons at any given time, if it's behaviour or driving skills,
cause danger to any other participant or member of a group.
In this case no claims can be demanded to Quadrome Evasion.
