Howdy! It has been a looooong time since we last posted!

Well, I thought it was definately time for a change, so you are now looking at your new QHDK website! As you can see, my webdesigning skills have gotten a LOT better over the summer. Now everything is nice, neat, and organized :) Hope you enjoy the new look.

I like the smaller font, but the text should be able to be read. I'll be making a few changes to the website next weekend. Until then, keep up the great work in the Guestbook!

Our website underwent the final touch-ups (font style & size changes for every page). We decided to use a larger print although I personally think the smaller print looks more professional. This is because many people have commented they found it difficult to read from the computer screen. Audrey has taught me enough about website editing so that I can take over her job. She is not confident typing in Vietnamese (all those squiggles above & below the words confuse her)!

We have made our website bilingual. This is in response to concerns that an English-only website might be a little intimidating and would not be popular among older Vietnamese website viewers. A new page has been set up, QHDK Writings, for Quoc Hoc - Dong Khanh full-fledged or aspiring authors. We are awaiting your creative efforts!

Audrey is designing a logo for the link to our website. A third album has been added to the Gallery; however, we have not finished sorting and uploading the photos so the album pages are still empty.
We noticed that many visitors to the site were quite shy and did not sign the Guestbook! We encourage everyone to leave us a message and give their input.

Happy New Year everyone! Words are out that the website is officially open (Dr. Huu Vo sent emails to all the board members)! In anticipation of more pictures from our official photographer, we have created a second album (Gallery, Part 2) to include all QHDK's familiar faces. Also, a counter has been set up below the navigation bar of our website's homepage to keep track of the number of visitors to the site.

The website's homepage was completed today. We are still designing a few more logos and links. Later on, we might have an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and other informational pages! In the meantime, enjoy and give us feedback by posting in the Guestbook. Thank you and have a Merry Christmas!
