Welcome to the QBasic Elysium.
This is a site about programming in Qbasic that is designed for both beginners and people who already know some BASIC and are eager to expand their knowledge of programming.
--------------Updates-------------- Sunday, 8th February '04 - 5pm Site put on the net, hosted with entechost - Woohoo I finally got it hosted ! Fixed the links to the downloads and the text versions of the tutorials. Added a link to the QBasic Elysium forums on the main page. Monday, 9th February '04 - 7am Added 2 programs to the programs section. Signed the site up to the search engine "All the web". Monday, 9th February '04 - 6pm Added the 3rd tutorial (variables) to the tutorials section and signed the site up to several other major search engines. Sunday, 14th March '04 - 10am Sorry for the lack of updates, but I've been having big problems with the site and with my web hosting - in the end I just had to move the site to a different host (losing half of this web site in the process :~( Oh well). Anyway, enough about that, the site is now back up, and its going to be better than ever (well better than it was before anyway). None of the downloads work as yet but I am hoping to get them sorted within the next week or so, the forums have moved also and please nobody e-mail me about any boken links at the moment - I know where they are. Saturday, 20th March '04 - 9am I added six of Mallards QBasic tutorials to the site. The first five cover quite a lot of commands and functions and the last one is a graphics tutorial that is somewhat more advanced - Not that hard but more complex than what is covered by the others. I should be adding QBasic Elysium tutorial 4 soon. Tuesday, 14th April '04 - 9am Dispite saying around a month ago that I would be adding tutorial 4 soon, I still havent got it done. However, all the downloads now work and so does the form in the FAQ section.
