2nd February 2008

The 1st February 2008 marked the 1st Anniversary of PXP R/C! Read below to find the resume on the goals we have set and things we have achieved in the past year:

The 1st February 2008 marked the first anniversary of PXP R/C. The past year has proved to be a productive year for PXP R/C, and we have met many goals and achievements along the way, especially considering that PXP was formed by a group of 12- and 13-year old kids.

The PXP R/C website has recieved more than 10,000 hits over the course of the year, and it is ever-increasing in popularity. We are constantly writing more product reviews, adding media, and offering new downloads for our visitors. For 2008, we are slowly launching our site in full High-Definition (HD) for an improved visitor experience.

Our Carbon Fibre parts, which we have been talking about for many months, and which underwent many delays, are finally getting somewhere. We have started building the prototypes for the Shock Towers for the Savage, as well as the Radio Plate for the Savage Mid Tank Mod. The Carbon Fibre products have been many a cause for criticism on some online forums, and in the second year of PXP R/Cs existance we are determined to address the criticism and set the records straight.

We are working on a new video to celebrate the 1st Anniversary of PXP R/C, which will feature many interesting things, including a Savage Skateboard Pull, rock crawling, and a blown up nitro engine! The video will now also be available as a download from the PXP R/C website, and will be filmed in full HD.

Over the course of the year, we had many meetings and other fun events, including backyard bashes and street racing. We met up with many of the local R/Cers in the area, and as a result the awareness of PXP R/C increased dramatically. We had a lot of fun, and this year we hope to do the same again, on a larger scale.

Overall, the first year of PXP R/C was a great success. We hope that the second year will be an even greater success, and that PXP R/C will grow to new heights. But most importantly, we hope that this year will bring even more fun and enjoyment than the last!
