Each base is precision cut from 18 gauge sheet steel.

The bases are then primed and enamelled (Satin Black) for a lasting, superior quality finish.

Why Steel?

This product offers the following unique features over none metal equivalents:

1. Reduce the chance and impact of those table top accidents.

By using steel, the lowest possible centre of gravity is achieved for all figures. This means less damage is caused from "knocking over". If they fall, they always land base down and figures up!

2. Storage and Travel

By combining the bases with magnetic strips then they will not move in transit and remain fixed even when jolted or experiencing those high "G" forces! Or accidents. For Example........

"The AWI figures are coming on well and a combination of magna base lined trays and your metal bases so far saved £150 of figures from disaster. Dropped the lot out of the back of the tailgate. Language blue at the time".

3. Longevity

They will out last any other basing material

4. Flexibility

They are ultra thin (less than 1.5mm thickness) and can be used on their own or fixed to any standard bases to provide a more robust solution.
