Competitive Meets:
The host team makes the call. Generally the pool manager has to make the decision. They usually don't decide until the last minute. If the meet is rained out, the make-up is supposed to take place the following Monday evening - but the host pool can choose a different day if they choose. If a meet is rained out, check the web-site for information about rescheduling.
