Absence Policies

Absence forms will be provided to each family to turn in for one or more swimmers or divers for meets and practices they may miss.  Forms need to be handed in no later than Thursday, preceding the next week’s meet.  This will allow the coaching staff plenty of time to make the correct meet line-up.

If someone is absent and no written notification has been turned in or phone call made to the coaches, that swimmer will only be allowed to swim one race the following meet.  Because we are a big team we need to be organized and be able to give everyone the opportunity to compete.  By not showing up it may cost a swimmer the opportunity to swim a relay event or a diver not to be able to dive at that meet.
