Open tube, bg tile, hearts(arranged) and dangling alpha in PSP New Image 625x625 Flood Fill White Preset Shapes, Ellipse FG white BG black line width 10 Objects, align, center in canvas Convert to a raster layer Drop Shadow 0 0 100 5 black Paste Tube as a new layer Resize by 95% bicubic resample Expand by 5 Duplicate tube Flood Fill Duplicate of tube white Drop Shadow 0 0 50 5 to Layers, Arrange, Move Down Turn off white BG layer Merge 2 tube layers Resize by 95% bicubic resample Turn white BG layer back on Duplicate the merged tube layer twice. Position to the left and right like the sample. Change opacity of 2 dupes to 30 Blinds 2 75 white Horz left right On main tube layer Layers, Arrange, Move to top Turn off all layers BUT the 2 lowered opacity tubes Layers, merge, visible Turn back on all layers On circle layer contract by 15 erase parts of faded tubes at bottom Paste hearts(arranged) as a new layer UNDER the circle Turn off all layers BUT the hearts and circle Layers, merge, visible Change FG to white BG to pattern and choose the black pattern, size 100 Preset Shape rectangle line width 5 Draw a rectangle like in the sample Drop Shadow 0 0 100 5 black Turn off all layer BUT the circle and regtangle layers Layers, merge, visible Turn all layers back on Minimize your tag and maximize the dangling alpha With your freehand selection tool selection type freehand Draw a selection around the heart dangle Selections, invert, delete Paste as a new layer on tag Contact by 3 Lighten/Darken Brush Shape round, size 32, hardness 100, step 25, density 100, thickness 100, rotation 0, opacity 100, mode lightness, continuous and Swap Mouse Buttons Checked Apply this JUST on the heart Change FG color to #c00000 Change to target brush Shape round size 20, hardness 100, step 25, density 100, thickness 100, rotation 0, opacity 100, mode color Apply this JUST on the heart Resize 60 bicubic sample Move dangle to right side of dangle(see sample) With your magic wand tool Select inside the circle at the top of the dangle Switch to the merged circle-rectangle layer Hit delete on your keyboard 10 times Switch back to the dangle layer Duplicate Image, Mirror Switch to the merged circle-rectangle layer Hit delete on your keyboard 10 times Change your FG to null BG to black Apply your name to the bottom of tag (create as a vector) DO NOT convert With the nodes push pull where name fits inside the dangle hearts Convert Expand by 3 New layer Flood Fill white Apply same drop shadow Layers, arrange, move down Flatten Resize to your liking Add your WM and artist copyrights Save
