All kittens are guaranteed healthy. We will replace any kitten that expires due to a genetic related illness within 1 year of birth, as long as it is verified by a necropsy from your Vet. Please understand that no Sphynx is completely hairless. Hormones and genetics determine if a bald kitten will grow hair as it gets older, or when spay/neutered. Usually a really bald kitten will stay that way, BUT, it is impossible to guarantee that it won't grow hair at some time during his/her life time. Sometimes when a female goes into or out of heat they will get a little fuzz but then loose it again, same as when they are pregnant or after birth.
