Awakening your senses.

We all have six senses, seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling, tasting and our sixth sense your psychic ability.

If we were to work on heightening our seeing sense this would help with clairvoyance.
Clairvoyance – the ability to see things that are not seen with the physical eyes.

If we to work on our hearing sense this would help with clairaudeience.
Clairaudeience – the ability to hear things that are not heard with the physical ears.

If we work on our smelling sense this would help us with clairalience.
Clairalience is when the medium smells odours reminiscent of the spirit,

If we were to work on out feeling sense this would help us with clairsentience.
clairsentience – the medium feels the presence of the spirit,
the highly sensitive ability to detect feelings, both physical and emotional, related to an event

If we were to work on our tasting sense this would help with Clairgustance.
Clairgustance is when the medium has sensations of tastes associated with the spirit,

Its important to heighten our senses as they will help with our psychic and mediumship progress.

An exercise to enhance your sight.
Choose a day and on this day say to yourself I am going to look closely at everything around me.
On this day look at everything as a child would because we take our sight for granted we miss alot of things.
Look closely at objects, faces look at the detail, look at the different colours and shapes around you.

Also another exercise would be to pick one person you see, look closely at there detail study there facial features.
When you get home sit quietly and take a note book try and remember all there facial details and write them down,
This exercise will help when working with spirit will help you to see the detail.


An exercise to enhance your smelling sense.
Choose a day and on this day say to yourself i am going to experience as many smells as i can.
Notice every aroma take time to breath in and smell the air.
Take time to smell everything you eat and drink.
This exercise will help when working with spirit for some spirit may bring a aroma with them as a memory link for the sitter.

An exercise to enhance your hearing sense.
Choose a day and on this day say to your self i am going to open my ears and listen closely.
As you go through your day listen to all the noises you hear, listen out for the noises you usually would miss.
This exercise will help when working with spirit will help you to listen more.

An exercise to enhance your feeling sense.
Choose a day and on this day say to your self i am going to use my hands to live each moment.
Run your hands over everything you touch feel all textures soft hard, sharp, cold, hot,rough, furry.
As you feel each texture notice the different sensations you experience.

An exercise to enhance your taste sense.
Choose a day and say to yourself today i am going to take notice of all tastes.
Notice how different things taste tooth paste , mouth wash, tea, coffee and everything you eat.
Really take time to really taste the food and drinks you consume through the day.
Taste the air around you.
This exercise will help when working with spirit as spirit may bring you a taste to give to a sitter.
