Two of the cottages are located in the heart of Pugwash village and we offer something for every pocket. All rooms and the cottages are also provided with backpacks, a beach bag and beach towels and a picnic set.
The bright and cheerful Housekeeping Cottage sleeps up to 3 people.
The Light Housekeeping Rooms offer three choices. Room 1 is a double room has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. Room 2, another double room also has it's own private bathroom. The romantic two room Suite has it's own gas fireplace and private bathroom, a pillow-top queen-sized bed, and comes with a futon sofa in the sitting room that opens into a bed for a third person. These rooms come with the use of two common sitting rooms, one with colour cable television, and a wicker-filled sunporch. Rooms in the Light Housekeeping Cottage can be rented as individual rooms or else as an entire cottage. 
Our lovely, unspoiled village is a wonderful stopping place in "Canada's Ocean Playground", famous for it's International Peace Conferences (The Pugwash Movement), July 1st Gathering of the Clans parade and festival, the Harborfest (July 28-30), two reknowned pewter factories, lobster fishing, two world class golf courses and spectacular sunsets. And our street signs are in Gaelic! come and swin in ''the warmest waters north of the Carolinas'' - nowhere near as chilly as the water on the South Shore of Nova Scotia - or Maine! Our roads are safe and pleasant for walking, jogging and cycling.
Winter activities are also in abundance, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on either our own private trails or on the many public trails, downhill skiing at nearby Ski Wentworth http://www.skiwentworth.ca/, sleigh rides, visiting a maple sugar camp, ceileidhs, dining, hiking and more.
Come and see seals in the harbor,great blue herons and eagles fishing on the river. Enjoy our quiet, restful village - everyone who visits us says they have never slept better in their lives, listening to the waves and the wind in the treetops. We dry our sheets in the sunshine and fresh air with the scent of beach roses. And stay in a choice of three wonderful places: our Guest Rooms in the Webb Cottage or the Housekeeping Cottage, both of which are less than a minute's walk from clean Crescent beach.
