Warp Effect

Before I start this tutorial and you see the outcome and think I'm crazy, I remind you that the warp effect is commonly used for "Guess the Person" and junk. ;D

Step One

Choose a picture. You may use mine to follow along.

Step Two

Then go to your Brush Tool, and choose Warp Brush.

Step Three

Adjust your settings to mine:

Step Four

Now, around the person's face use the warp brush to start messing it. Try doing it in circles for better results.
