Step one: Have your picture ready. Copy and paste it to Animation Shop as a new image. It should look like this:
Step two: Then, set your toolbar effects like below:
You click the Flood Fill tool, check "To Canvas Color" and put the Tolerence to whatever you like. I usually put it on '40' but the higher you go, the more areas become transparent.
Step three: Click onto the picture, and it should look like so:
It's done! =]] Now save it, and it should look like this:
