Begin by grabbing the image you wannt to re-touch. I chose the one below:
Throughout this tutorial we will be using only one tool, which looks like this:

Now click the arrow, and click the Soften Brush. With the soften brush, we will be retouching Megan's face to soften any flaws.
Adjust your settings to mine:

Now just press the areas you'd like to retouch. My product is below:

We will still be using the soften brush, to soften her lips.
Adjust your settings to mine, so that the softening brush is smaller to retouch her lips.
Re-touched lips:

Now, we will edit her eyes. We will sharpen them using the Sharpening Brush.
Now without editing the settings, zoom in and sharpen her eyes, giving it a nice look.

Last, we will edit her eyebrows with the Burn Brush to make them a little darker and flawless.
Do not edit the settings, zoom in and put the burn brush on her eyebrows.
