Learn to make this:
Step one: Begin by opening paintshop pro and looking for/at your color palette. Locate it and find your foreground background which looks like this:
Then click the circle, and click the second one on the drop-menu like below:
This should come out:
Press edit (unless you like the gradient) and this should come out:
Look for one, (a preview will be on the right) and press "Ok" or make your own. I chose Duotone Lavender and pressed "Ok" and this is my final product:
