Step one
Choose an image. You may use mine to follow along.
Step two
Duplicate the base.
Step three
Go to Adjust>>Blur>>Average. A new window should appear. Just press "Ok." Set the layer to Soft Light at 100%.
Step four
Duplicate the base again as done is step two. Go to Adjust>>Softness>>Soften More.
Step five
Set the layer to Hardlight at 100%.
