Advanced Picture 2
Transformation and Introduction:
This tutorial isn't too difficult since it doesn't have too many steps. You might learn a little something from following along in this tutorial. ;) You just need to know about raster layers, and about editing stuff in the layer palette. About every step in this tutorial I merge all the layers to keep the layer palette "clean" so I suggest you do as well. If you stumble across something you do not understand, most likely it will be taught in one of my tutorials. I hope this tutorial helps you!
Step One
Locate your image. I chose this one. You may use it to get the same results.
Step Two
Make a New Raster Layer.
Now fill in the layer with #249AFE.
Set the layer to Screen 100%. Then get the Base layer (Background layer) and drag it to the top at Multiply 100%.
Step three
Merge All.
Step four
Now make a New Raster Layer again. Fill this in with #FC4100. Make this layer Difference 16%. Now drag the base layer to the top and set it to Screen 100%.
Step Five
Now make a New Raster Layer again. Fill this in with #FF179A at Lighten 24%. Make a new raster layer again (without merging all the layers) and fill it in with #0250D0 at Lighten 30%. Now drag the base layer and set it to Hardlight 64%.
Now Merge all layers again, as done is step three. It is important you merge all layers for step seven.
Step six
Duplicate the base (you do this by going to Layers>>Duplicate.) Now go to Colorize.
Adjust your settings to mine:
Set the layer to Hardlight 76%. Merge all Layers.
Step seven
Lastly, duplicate the base. Now go to Adjust>>Soften>>Soften More.
Set the layer to
Merge all layers again.
