Curved Text

Begin by grabbing your image and looking at your color palette (Material's list) and choosing a foreground color (any color), and making the background color transparent as below:

Now click the Pen tool (

) and adjust your settings to mine:

Then, draw the shape or curve you want your text to be like:

Go back to your color palette and now make the foreground color transparent, and choose a color for the background color depending on which color you want the text to be.

Now get the text tool (

) and now hover over the line you just did until you see a little "A", click it and write your text. After you click "Ok" your text should come out curved.

Now press CTRL C and CTRL V and your shaped text should come out. Then, just go back to your original picture and undo the curved line (by pressing CTRL Z) and paste the text on the area as so:
