Make easy money with PTC's using your computer

How and when to fight scams

Isabelmarco <Click for Proof> BeanyBux

After a few months of using PTC's to make some spare cash I have reached a point where I am getting tiered of scams and people who try and scam there users. I have found that helping other members make money and being 100% honest is better on the long run than trying to make money on the short term. If you want to sell something on the short term you are sure to make a bad name for yourself. We are all human and might get tricked into a con and start promoting a con, but have to be as weary as possible not to get involved in promoting it for a quick buck. On this page I will focus on the cons I was tricked into and my effort to salvage my lost time and mostly money. As a consumer or customer you have certain rights that are supposed to protect you. If you fall victim of false promises and miss representation you can fight to salvage your cost/lost in money and time.

The best and fastest way to get the scam sites to pay up is to expose them fast and as wide as possible. So give me your support and subscribe for PTC Watch. I will do my best to develope and update the site as much as possible, but for it to work we will need to stand togeter and fight scam sites in mass.

Who and what is a scam site???

There are ton's of them on the net and it is not that easy to know who has honest intent and who has not. I will endeavour to refine this to a point where we will be able to pin point it to just a small field so that will be easy to make up your mind. There are sites who go out to scam users from the start and then some who just close doors because of inexperience of the site owners. I will concentrate more on how to handle the ones who are experts in scamming than the few who are to stupid to add two apples. The inexperienced sites owners normally do not last past the first DDoss Attack.

1. The first sign of a scam site is if they do not use real advertisers to fund there site and are concentrating on upgrades and referral sales to pay members. Advertising is the lifeline for any PTC.

2. The second and most important for me is late payments and non paying of there members. Surely there can be reasons for late payments but I will talk about the reasons a little later.

3. Another bad sign is it they do not pay free members or penalise them in some way. free members are the only way to build a good PTC and need to be treated just as good as upgraded members. It is acceptable is they get less adds to view and have to wait longer for payment, but no payment and late payment is not they way to go.

4. History repeat itself if a site owner change a site, start a new site or change his user name, be sure you are going to be scammed again soon.

5. Most sites who has no support or forum also turn out to be scams, be carefull if you do not get reply's if you have a question.

 6. Sites who hide there identity or use aliases to trade with, fake names of site owners and no trading address.

When and how to act against scam site???

When:

1. When they do not do what they say they will do is when you start to act. This is very broad but let me point to a few problems.

 1.1. Late payments

1.2. Changing TOS and not paying free members all of a sudden.

1.3. Not having instant payment if they say/advertise that they are.

 1.4. Selling bots as referrals.

2. You also act if you feel you are not being treated as you should as a customer/member. Some people get banned for asking questions, that is a very bad sign.

3.

 How:

1. If you have only spent time and no money but you are owed for your clicks, the best way is to just spread the word by emailing people who use the site, posting on there and other forums. Word of mouth has helped make and saved ton's of money for myself.

2. If you have spent money you have a few options:

2.1. First try and solve it by emailing the site administrators and asking for a refund or ask them to resolve your issues.

2.2. If they do not reply or reply in a bad way and you think you will not get your refund from them then you have a option of starting a depute with your payment processor. This is the best way to solve a scam site. I will give tips and advise how to on this page, little later.

2.3. The last option, but not a recommended option is doing a charge back. This is only to be done as a last resort and are not recommended at all. The reason I do not recommend it is because it will affect your relationship with your payment processor and can even get your account closed and banned from some payment processors.

I will give step by step guides on how to handle scams and the way I act against scam sites soon, keep your eyes on this page.

My History:

I joined and liked the site, I then upgraded on 18/08/08 and thought I would give it a try. I then became mod on there forum to see if I can help out.  I had a pending payment before the upgrade and was promised to be paid in TOS if I upgraded.

Problems Started:

My Chat on Google Talk with Tom:

beanybux

Ok, sorry, got stuck on a phone call

beanybux: Beanybux.com Powered By Beanybux.com Members

Sean

No problem, how's things??

beanybux

things are good

how are things with you

Sean

Well, with me not so good. I'm gonna quite being a mod on Beany, sorry

beanybux

how come ?

Sean

Things are just not up and up, nothing personal

beanybux

things are not up and up in regards to?

Sean

I mean if it is such a big thing to get my first $10, how can I invest or even promote the site

I know you are busy, I also have a little insight on how things work, so things are not adding up

beanybux

not sure what you mean in regards to the insight of things?

Sean

Well Tom, I will end of by saying. Lets leave it at that. I'm just quiting being mod. I will wait for my payment and the next, if I never get it....to bad, I only invested $20 on 3 month upgrade

Sent at 11:18 PM on Wednesday

Sean

But, to add on to that, I really liked the time spent on the site, just a pity we could not get to an amicable solution

Well, just take me off your mod team, cheers and good luck, Seanmac

beanybux

I will have your Mod status removed later today

you are upset about your payment?

you should have received it by now, I had spoken to finance the day you emailed.

Sean

No Tom, I'm not upset, I just thought I would tell you

beanybux

I appreciate that

Sean

My point also, it is not a big thing to pay if there is no issues

beanybux

I can't force you to be a Mod or a Beanybux.com Member, but if you wish to reconsider in the future do let me know

Sean

Well, I will keep my eye on the site, if you guys catch up on payments, I will spend more time on the site forum

beanybux

No problem, but make sure you post your payout when you get it or have gotten it

take care

Sean

Yea, sure I will. Take care and good luck. hope things work out for your site

looks like I just got paid, thanks.

That was my point, I knew you could pay in sec's but I had to ask and ask. Well, like I said we leave it at that, I'll move Beany to a paying site on my web page

Sent at 11:34 PM on Wednesday

beanybux

ok thanks, but I had no intervention in this, I emailed them and they told me as soon as they get a change they will get back to me

I have not heard back, so you got paid on your own

I have requested for your Mod status to be removed to regular member on Beanytalk.com

Sean

Well, thanks again and keep in touch

beanybux

ok, you got it

have a good one

glad you got your payout

Sean

Well, it's only $10 and it was not my problem. I'm just sad it got to this. But we leave it at that, I will not go around posting negatives on your site, it is not my way

beanybux

understandable

First Payment Proof

Cashed out 12/08/0, paid 1/10/08, 8 days late after I had to ask.

Problem Goes on

I paid for my first 3 month upgrade and then found out it is a subscription and not a 3 month once off payment:

Well, if they did as they agreed with me, I do not care to pay for a upgrade or even a subscription, but they do not and they are just trying to scam as much out of there members, without paying them as I still have not received my latest payment. I also did not know it was a 3 month subscription I paid for, so do look at your account at BeanyBux as I am sure they did the same with you???

My last payment should have been 12/11/08 and are 16 days late. This is unacceptable.

First Step

I always try and resolve the mater in a nice way.

First Email 20/11/08:

 Second Email 27/11/08:

Hi Tom,

This is has come to a point that I feel has left me with no other choice but to end my relationship with BeanyBux. I will, try from my side do do it in a civil manor by requesting that you close my account and pay my balance out today. It is only $90.34 and I am not willing to wait for it longer than one day.

You have the option not to pay my balance out and hold on to it, I promise you it would not be worth it, but it is up to you.

I have 17 referrals and a few of them are very active, you can decide there value and refund me for them also.

I do hope we can solve this in a civil manor like I said, I will not activate any claims with AP for both my upgrade payments, but you will only have one day to decide what you want to do.

I will also only settle for my full balance being paid as I am looking for a PTC to use as a example on how to handle scams for my web site and I am sure Beanybux will make a good subject to use as I will publish screen shots and my negotiation with AP on how to get refunds from sites who disregard there members.

Kind Regards
Seanmac

Hi,

This is the first dispute I have ever started on the net, but I feel so strong about this that it is not the loss of money but more the drive to stop it from happening again that has me start it.

The site I joined was a PTC and after reading and using the site for some time I decided to buy an upgrade, after getting the upgrade, I have not gotten any of the services the site has promised. I have been in direct contact with the site owners and up until now nothing has been resolved. In the meantime the site has suspended my subscription and they owe me more than $100.

They also tricked me in using a subscription, I cancelled as soon as I realised I am subscribed. I made two payments to the site and would like to have a refund if possible, I will even settle if they pay what they owe me and will then leave the dispute. I am sure you will know best on how to handle the situation.

Payments made:

40AF8-3C095-319B4
40AF8-3C095-319B4

Subscription:

S-75A63-E7B4C-F471D

All payments was made to "beanybux@gmail.com", I would recommend caution with the account as there will be more disputes.

Hope to get a reply as soon as possible.

Kind Regards
Sean Mackey

Hello,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay Customer Support. I am happy to assist you.

We will initiate a dispute for you, however before we proceed with that we need some information. As it appears you have mentioned 2 transactions to be disputed however it appears that you have included one transaction two times. So before we initiate a dispute for you please ensure both reference numbers are included so we may correctly dispute both payments.

Before we do attempt to dispute these payments, I would strongly suggest to contact the merchant first and advise them of your issues as a merchant should attempt to resolve any issues as it is beneficial to them before it is escalated to AlertPay.

Thank you for choosing AlertPay! If you have any additional questions, don't forget to consult our FAQs at www.helpdesk.alertpay.com!

After this it all went well, I got my first two payments, more or less on time, the third was late. After that I did not receive any payments and my last cash out was made on 09/10/08 for $46.15. Well, I decided to convert  all my balance to adds, because I knew I will never get paid. This was also a waste of time, because not one of the adds got any sign up's and I always get sign up's on other PTC's. I decided to fight IsabeMarco because they cheated me out of time and money and are doing it on a big scale with other people.

Let Us Look at IsabelMarco and get some Facts

Why did they stop paying??

1. They do not give straight answers and treat problems by fighting with members, they always let you wait and are overall rude and short. They also lei about stats and there income.  This is one of the biggest reasons I think they are a scam and I don't like them.

This is the reason why they say they are not paying:

Well the real reason for delays is very simple.

We lost several hundred thousands of Dolars and now
We don't have enough income for the moment to pay out on time.
Thats why we made our future Plan and we are working hard on it so we can expect that at the end of February most problems will be solved.
We are investing in a lot of  projects ( 2 of them where all you members can give support and also earning from it, look at our signature).
We also will start with IMshares in a couple of days where you can earn from 30%/ month till 500%/year and will bring more earnings for us too so we can start to recuperate all the losts and pay out faster again like stated in Future Plans.
And we didn't earn in the last 2 months.
Everything what we are doing looks good and promising.

Thats all what is happeneing
And thats why we ask our members to be patient and not PMing every day about his payout.
We keep paying out and we always will.

Succes to you all

IM

1.1. It is a lie, they did not lose several hundred thousands of Dollars, work it out for yourself, they are stealing several 100's of thousands from members. I will prove it, bye doing some math for you later, they cannot prove they lost anything.

1.2. They have loads of income, look at all the adds they are selling, my few adds was up for less than a day and cost me more than $100. then banners and other advertising sales. Referral sales, IM Shares and upgrades. If you think back, when they stopped paying standard members and everybody had to upgrade to get paid, let us say only 20$ of the 600 000 members paid for a 1 month upgrade is gives you a 120 000 members at $9, equals $1 080 000.00 income. How much of that did they steal and how much got paid to members?? Nothing got paid, all the income gets stolen.

1.3. They are earning by investing your cash in sites like Dirtywebs and FX-Invest and others. The first problem with this is, you will do better to invest your own money, rather than give it to Marco, to invest/lose for you. Then if you do not get paid, they will say they where scamed and lost several hundreds of thousands of your money in there new investments....bah ha ha ha

This is a program they wanted people to invest in and look what happened:

How about "My Net Wealth Team"???
« on: December 21, 2008, 10:06:08 PM »

I paid $15 to "My Net Wealth Team" to be member Since 16 Dec 08. But I have not any response from this website.
This Site is Scam...Huh

I registered from IM's ads that Recomended Non Paid Ads.
I registered and paid because I think to help IM more...

Why do they ask people to invest in all sorts of other scam as a referral for IM, because they are all connected. They know people do not trust them any more, so they use sites like Dirtywebs and FX -invest to scam more investments.

They want people to help them lose your cash....Blah ha ha

 The End of IsabelMarco

I have more proof and inside info, I will keep it until I thinks I need to use it.All I want you to think of before you make your net investment is a few points.

1. They forced all there free members to upgrade, where did the upgrade money go to, they still did not pay anybody 100K upgrades for just 1 month equals $900 000.00

2. How many big invesors are there and how many got paid and did they get paid in full????

3.With IM shares, how will they give you those high returns if they kepp on losing money??

4. Why do you have to donate half of your money to get paid, they made the cash from selling adds, so where is that cash???

5. How greedy can  Marco be???

6. They will not pay all the big investors, it is better to get 1000 success stories for $10, than 10 success stories for $1000, it all comes down to exposure.

What is there next step???

They will pay less and less people, but they will promote investment. They will rather spend money advertising there own payment proofs than pay members. There will still be people investing, so they will build there bank account. After a month or so they will pay a few members, maybe one or two big investors. There will be proof of payment on most forums like PTC Talk and others, they might even have ton's more adds. Loads of people will start converting adds. Everybody will think things are ok and start investing again, bigger this time. Then they will just stop full stop and your cash will be gone and who will go look for Marco in Colombia???

My advise to anybody is to take it easy for a few months and see how it goes, but if you invest in the site, you are crasy and want to lose your money, I for sure will not even pay for one IM share.

Interesting Bits and pieces on IsabelMorco:

Much more later...

Help honest PTC sites.

We must remember that PTC's also gets scamed by users/members and we need to help and protect the good sites. I will give my view on how to protect good sites and how site owners can protect themselves.
