District 21 Presidents Council:
Presidents Council is the group of parents made up of the Presidents of each school's PA or PTA. They meet monthly to exchange information and ideas, implement and innovate policies and programs for the benefit of the children in Schools of District 21 as a whole. They offer aid and support to individual schools in finding solutions to their problems, develop parent leadership and build capacity for greater involvement and ensure that the parent's right of constitution is exercised re: Community District Education Council and the Community Superintendent, in matters concerning either an individual school or the Council as a whole. Presidents Council also cooperates to establish liaisons with Civic organizations to achieve common objectives.
