Basic use of this website and server is offered free of charge. 
Any service on this site offered at a cost is under strict regulation of this refund policy.

1) All services offered on this website are clearly described. If you are unsure    
about a service please e.mail us before making a purchase. All questions should
be directed to psu_cs@yahoo.com.                                                                 

2) If your services are not working properly due to a technical error on our      
end your service will be credited accordingly. If you are having any problems    
you have up to 24 hours after receiving activation notice to file a claim.            

3) If no claim is received within 24 hours we will assume you are satisfied and    
everything is in working order, so the order is complete and all sales are final.

4) All donations/purchases to/from this site/server are non-refundable.
