For recovering to 1.50, it's as easy as connecting your USB to the PSP. Then, you have to select the PSP's drive using the program. Next, you simply extract it. Then, you must hold the PSP power switch up until it shuts off. Turn it on holding the R button. You will access the Recovery Menu. Then, you go to Run program at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP and hit X. It will run the installer and boom bam, in a few minutes your down to 1.50 again for whatever reason.
