Mana:The Worlds Energy, By: Raven
My newest development is on ways ordinary human beings can use energy without draining themselves. This energy is mana. Their are pro's and con's though. YOU don't lose energy, BUT (and that's a big but) the energy resource...Earth does. Mana is earth energy. Everything that was made from something from the earth which is about 98% of worldwide products I'm guessing has this energy. My guess is that's why there is this weird magnetic fields in the North, and South poles of earth. They're like two huge Chakras (Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel, or vortex, and it refers to each of the seven energy centers of which our consciousness, our energy system, is composed) to support earth. mana is not even that hard to manipulate. Where I used to live there was this tree in front of my bedroom window. WHen I was trying not to use psi, or ki, I would use mana from the tree just to keep up with my energy manipulation. Sadly, from my window, you can see a small patch of the trunk where it routes of into branches that it looks like it's dying. THis is becasue everything from the earth needs this mana to survive. Like oxygen for humans. So use mana with caution. E-mail me for sites, or techniques for mana.

Nature of Psi Energy by XPWarrior3
We have been researching psionics (primarily with online resources) for some time and have found different theories on psi energy and its aspects. The energy used by psions (psionic energy) is said to be created by the mind and our brains.
Some argue that psi is the byproduct of the fuctioning of the nervous system, and that it has electromagnetic properties. Others disagree with that saying that psi is a process of the soul. We here at the Psionic Dojo are remaining impartial to these until we conduct our own original research studies and come up with a conclusion. Still though, we are leaning towards the idea that psi has some electromagnetic properties. If you have a theory or conclusion feel free to let us know. We'll take it into consideration and test it. Or find someone or some organization who may. Not much is known about the true aspects of psi. Psi-energy is a type of psychic energy and like all psychic energies psi energy is very subtle and needs a certain level of sensitivity for someone to have an awareness of it. Through research a general and well accepted conclusion has been made about psi-energy. Psi-energy seems to react primaily with nothing else but itself. That would be the first thing on the list of the natures of psi. Psi will primarily only react with itself on a psychic level. Psi-energy can react with things on a physical level and it does. This brings about Psychokinesis and all of its subcategories.
Color Frequency Spectrum System: XPWarrior3
For a while now a lot of newbie psions have been asking questions like "What am I supposed to see?" OR "What am I supposed to feel?" The simple answer to this is that it all depends on the individual person. But because so many of them are asking questions and so many of just don't seem to get it by themselves I decided that a system of controling psi would be needed. I developed this frequency system. This Frequency Spectrum System is designed to be used by those who are new to psionics and prefer to use visualization when attempting to accomplish things with their psi. It is the same as the electromagnetic (visible light) spectrum. The colors red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet (Roy G Biv)
This is the order of the spectrum.
RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE, INDIGO, VIOLET.
Green is a neutral frequency. The frequencies to the left are low frequencies, and the frequencies to the right are high frequencies.
High Frequency (ies): Abilities are usually mental. Meaning they deal with the mind, emotions and psychology.
Low Frequency (ies): Abilities are usually physical. Meaning they deal with properties of matter, time and space.
Middle Frequency (ies): Usually deals with Psi-Energy Ability and or Projection. The actual energy itself and its formats.
Neutral Frequency: Construct programming.
The High Frequency colors are (Violet and Indigo), The Low Frequency colors are (Red and Orange), The Middle frequency colors are (Yellow and Blue) and the Neutral Frequency color is (Green)
It is also important to understand that this system is not limited to just visualization. It can also be used for tacticle visualization. Using tacticle visualization with this system would require for people to add sensations along with the visual that they're using. These sensations would mean adding touch, sound/static, odor/smells, and taste. Yes, taste. This is like creating the effect of synaesthesia which is very useful. Using all of these five sensing along with the visual Color Frequency Spectrum System has seem to help people with practice and helped them more in energy manipulation which is very essential in psionics. Remember you are not bound to this system alone. This has been said so many times, by so many online communities, but you have to find a system that works well for you. If it is the Color Frequency Spectrum System that works well then use it, if you find another system use that. The system that you use doesn't make you a better psion than anyone else.
