Thousands of parents every year are losing their children to 'Forced Adoption'.

This is neither Fair or Just.

Everyday, loving parents lose their precious children on HEARSAY, PROBABILITIES, and what 'experts' THINK what MIGHT happen!

In 2007 -  this is an absolute joke.

Parents who lose their children to forced adoption are forced to just accept the decision of the courts, they are not allowed any witnesses to speak up for them, there is no jury, there is no fairness. They are not allowed to speak publicly of the goings on in SECRET family courts to the press or media! Many infringements of the parents and THE CHILDS human rights!!

Everyday Social Workers, Psychologists and other medical experts, and even JUDGES are breaking the law by commiting perjury and this just cannot be alowed to go on.

It is often the case that these "EXPERTS" THINK the child/ren in question may be subject to 'future emotional harm or abuse'

So what would you call taking a child away from their loving family to be placed with strangers and moved from pillar to post in care homes and foster families?This IS emotional abuse!!!!

This happens too often because of adoption Targets, set by TONY BLAIR AND THE LABOUR GOVERNMENT.

In effect - here is the most likely scenario of a forced adoption:

A child is taken from their mother because a "medical professional" has stated the mother will probably cause significant future emotional harm to that child.

The child is placed in foster care, with strangers.

In the foster placement there are already children there who bully 'the new kid'

The child becomes unsettled in there new place and is then moved to live with a different family, MORE STRANGERS

Again this doesn't work, so the child is moved again.

This time there are no foster homes available so the child is placed in residential care, where the care workers are either peadofiles, rapists, criminals or just have no control over the children at all.

The child is allowed to run riot and experiment with drugs, alcohol and often become sexually active in their early teens.

The child ends up with a drink or drug habit. because they have no qualifications so they turn to crime.

Eventually they end up in jail, but then because 49% of all prisoners in the UK are care leavers, there is no room in the prisons.

All of this comes down to money.

But its wasted, the Government make money by having these children adopted, yet the Government also have to pay for them when they are in prison.

Its a vicous circle, and at the heart of it.... IS TONY BLAIR.

It's the time for change, the removal of a child without a shadow of a doubt MUST be the absolute last resort, there must be CONCRETE evidence to show this child is in danger.

To Me and many others here is my opinion of abuse and neglect.

ABUSE: Purpously Physically harming a child in any way, Hitting a child, Bruising a child, Stubbing cigarettes out in childs body, pouring boiling water over childs body, burning a child with an Iron or any other hot implement such as cooker hob, hair straightners etc etc, Kicking the child, Punching the child, jamming the childs fingers in a door, Drawing blood on the child, and everything closley related with these.

NEGLECT: Starving a child, Ignoring the child, Not changing childs nappy or clothes, Not bathing the child, Leaving child sitting in a room on their own all day, Not meeting the childs physical or emotional needs, Not showing a child any affection at all. And all closely related matters.

Then I AGREE the child would be better off living with a relative until the PRIMARY carer (Mum, Dad, Carer) can resolve these issues. (Except in cases of extreme and severe abuse).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD A CHILD BE REMOVED FROM THE NATURAL FAMILY IF THERE IS A FAMILY MEMBER WILLING TO ACCEPT RESPOSIBILITY FOR THE CHILD UNTIL THEY ARE 18 YEARS OLD.

Adoption should be voluntry, in the circumstance a mother wants her baby to be cared for by a family in the case she cannot or will not do it her self.

Crime rates would fall and children and families would be happier.
