As a full-time writer for the past six years I've gained a lot of experience in the concept of good editing, and learnt the importance of having someone other than a family member or friend read your work and tell you how good it is, when sadly, it isn't. Don't get me wrong, they mean well and want you to succeed because they know how very hard you've worked. Especially after spending hours writing that long-awaited novel or short story.
Through the years I've written two women's fiction novels and am embarking on my third. I've written various short story's for magazines and have kept a journal for as long as I can remember. And being part of a writing community I'm able to do the one part of writing I enjoy: proofreading and editing.
