First mission was to travel from Earth to Abydos. Mission was called Abydos-One. Mission [Failed]

The second glider completely constructed by the U.S. government, and the first to be the successful template for an series of spacecraft, the F-302 is renamed from the X-302 experimental class vessel. It is armed with advanced weaponry and is extremely durable.

The F-302 can be deconstructed to be moved through the Stargate, and be reconstructed on the other side. It is propelled by two standard thrusters and one large booster rocket, as its predecessor. Colonel Jack O'Neill wanted to see what the craft was capable of, and successfully destroyed and evaded a three-pronged squadron of Goa'uld death gliders.

Like its predecessor, the F-302 cannot sustain a hyperspace conduit for any extended period of time, due to the instability of naquadria, used to power the hyperspace engine. But, also like its predecessor, it is capable of short bursts at hyperspace, covering several kilometers in an instant.

[General]

• Designed to component of eight X302 fighters.
• Made using Trinuim Alloy, metal never found on Earth.
• Run by using Crystal technology, taken from Goa'uld ships. Though we believe its not the true origins of the Crystal technology. We believe Crystal technology was created by the Ancients.
• Oxygen Control.

• Can reach orbit in under 30 seconds.

[Engines]

• On Sub-light engines the X303 can travel 110,000 miles a second, over half the speed of light.
• Though the Sub-light engines are no near fast enough to accomplish interstellar travel, which that's where we have the Hyperdrive.
• Unlike the X301 and X302 the X303 has several docking bays for ships to aboard. A captured Death Glider has been flown into the docking bay by Teal'c while the X303 was in obit of Earth.
• The size of the X303 compared to an Asgard mother ship is a big difference between them. (See left) The Allied Asgard mother ship is over shadowing the Prometheus.
