Waiting On A Cure: Help Find A Cure For Diabetes. This site helps to raise awarness for diabetes, which Jonas Brother, Nick, has. Nick has Type 1 Diabetes, and was diagnosed in 2005. He's amazingly positive about this, and supportive to others with this disease.
