There is no call-out charge and we can be contacted daytimes, evenings and weekends, if we believe the problem to be simple enough for you to fix over the phone then our telephone advice is FREE.

Although most repairs are completed at your premises, we do have a limited amount of courtesy PC's (basic office/e-mail setup) available should your PC need to be returned to our workshop for repair, please indicate if this will be required.
