- Atheism is the lack in belief of god or gods.
- Atheism is not Satanism one simple reason how this is untrue is because atheists do not believe in a devil to worship it.
- Atheists do not think life is meaningless or absurd. Atheists love life like any other.
- Atheists are not ignorant to religion. If you debate an atheist you may find they know more about your religion than you do.
- Atheism is not just knowing god does not exist it is just the lack of belief. An agnostic atheist does not believe in god and thinks we can never know.
- Atheists are not a tiny group. Atheists make up 10% of the United States and 16% of the world.
- Atheists are not intollerant to religion. You may find that an atheist loves to debate religion, but that does not mean he or she despises it.
- Atheists must be inmoral because they do not follow the bible right? Well looking at statistics atheists make up 10% of the United States and 0.2% of its prisons.

I have been an atheist for 5 years. Raised in the southern Unites States which is a extremely religiousl place I find myself near people of beliefs quite opposit of mine. One of my most favorite things to do is debate religion with well educated Christians so that I can learn from them and express my views as an atheist.
