Twenty years ago, in a magical dimension parallel to our own, a devastating war known as the Great Battle took place. The forces of darkness had staged an invasion and, under the command of a powerful warrior, a legion of the undead stormed into the land with their sights set on conquering the Magical Realm before moving onto our realm and beyond.
However, a small band of brave wizards stood in their way. The group fought valiantly and, despite the overwhelming odds, managed to keep the evil forces from claiming our world. The strongest wizard of the group then cast a spell to transport the malevolent creatures into the Underworld and was ultimately seperated from his friends and loved ones. While the Magical Realm was spared from great destruction, great loss also came from the sacrifices of those who fought to preserve the peace.
The inhabitants of the Human Realm never knew of the Great Battle, nor of the efforts made to save the human race from destruction. Even to this day, the Human Realm is at peace, completely unaware of what is about to awaken.
When the dark forces resurface in present day, a sorceress who survived the Great Battle seeks out the five warriors of legend and the war begins anew.
