A Private Eye For You, where you can request my services in Looking at and Viewing YOUR PROSPECTIVE NEW HOME, it's surroundings and your new neighbours, Via a Virtual Tour, OR, any other form of Private Help or Investigation that you may require.

My Home Viewing area is South, S/East, and S/West of England, however I can arrange VIDEO records of your new home anywhere in the UK, and soon in Europe, other Private Work undertaken Nationally.

You can expect to receive a full Audio Video, with commentary, giving you the independent opinion of a long standing and respected Local builder, as to the state of repair and general condition of your new home, along with any obvious short comings which you need to be aware of.
This will allow you to go ahead with your plans in taking further action one way or another.

Should you be close to a decision already, and would rather a Backup commentary given by a Qualified Structural Engineer, there will be an extra cost incurred.
This, as you will understand, may vary according to the size and extent of examination needed, and can only be priced at the time of order.
You will be given the name and address of said engineer, so that you may be sure of our Service and that your money is safe and well spent.
There will be full Video of the homes surroundings, to enhance your decision, and if at all possible, a short "Private" interview with the neighbours, and some not so!, to show you the day to day reality.

I charge £175, for this service, a one time payment, inclusive of all MY expenses, which will probably be less than your losses incurred by travelling to make the visit yourself, and leaving you time for other things.
If you wish me to travel out of my area, I'll be pleased to do so, you guessed, It'll cost.

My Audio Video can be Downloaded Via the Web or Email, or sent to you on CD, whichever you prefer.

Should you require any Special Work or Investigation carried out, for instance Surveillance, Abode Check, Domestic Hidden Camera Proof, or anything within This Field that you feel I may be able help you with, then please Email me in the first instance, thereafter, all communication will be Person to Person, Registered Mail or Post Office Box, which I have, and can set up for you as well, taking around three weeks to complete at this time.
