Ok now just make a blue square what ever size you like then save it as blue.png Then do the same but with the colour green.  Ok now open animation shop. The click on the folder and open the blue square you made.  Ok now go to animation>insert frames>from file and then click 'Add File'  Ok now find the green image. Once you've finished press ok.  Ok now you have added your green image. Now go to animation>Frame Properties  Ok if you think 15 is too fast then make the number higher an the slower it gets. Once you have done that click ok.  Ok now you can veiw your animation. If you like it save it then upload it into photobucket or what ever you use.  This is what it turned out like:  Now you can make better things than that.
