The Pride of Shankill Flute Band

Play a wide range of Traditional & Modern Blood and Thunder.

Like all bands The Pride of Shankill require it's members to function as a band, without them we wouldn’t exist, so the band is always keen to take in new members, young and old, to promote our culture and traditions, for today and the future.

To become a member you don’t have to be able to play a flute or drum, just have  the commitment to learn how to.

We have had many people join the band not even knowing how to hold a flute to become a great player of the flute, if you are willing to learn and have the patience this could be you!

We are now recruiting new members.

We are currently looking for new members to join our band.

With our uniform & instruments & also our members both old & new we have a great future to look forward to.
