The first 45 minute introductory coaching session is free of charge. This offers a unique opportunity to learn more about how life coaching works and if there is value in it for you. There is no obligation to commit following the first session.

FREQUENCY OF COACHING SESSIONS
The frequency and total length of time can vary greatly, depending on the complexity of the issues involved and the individual needs of the client.
PAYMENT METHOD
Coaching sessions are payable by electronic bank transfer and are paid in advance.
COACHING VENUE
Coaching usually takes place by phone, as this is the most practical option, especially as this enables us to reach people from all over the world.
