What happens if I return something I purchased with my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card?
When you return something purchased with your BuyRIGHT prepaid card, the merchant will credit the amount of the return to your card. Because returns are handled via the merchant’s bank, credits may take 2-3 business days to appear in your BuyRIGHT prepaid card account.

What happens if my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card is lost or stolen?
Immediately call the BuyRIGHT prepaid card toll-free account information line at 1-800-851-7990 if your BuyRIGHT prepaid card has been lost or stolen. By entering your account information, selecting, "Card Status and Security" and then selecting either "Lost" or "Stolen", you can deactivate your card to prevent unauthorized use.

If your BuyRIGHT prepaid card has been lost or stolen, a replacement card will automatically be issued for a $15 fee as long as you have at least $20 available account balance.
