Welcome to Premier Hare Stud.  Picture is of Bonnie, my beautiful BIS winner.

We are BRC reg members & also are members of the NBHC.

We exhibit and breed belgian Hare's in Standard Red.  Hares are very well known for their extremely friendly nature and are among the  most intelligent of the rabbit breeds, making them ideal pet/house rabbits, Yes that's right, a belgian hare is a rabbit giving birth to deaf,blind & hairless kits unlike wild hares.

Belgian Hares have a fantastic coat very soft with great roll back. They are one of the larger breeds of rabbit needing at least a 4 - 6ft hutch with plenty of exercise. They have an appetite to match their size needing at least 2 FULL bowl fulls a day with plenty of hay.

We have kept belgain Hares for a few years now, having learnt a lot on our way, We have taken many first places and challenges. We took out very first BIS at peterborough belgian hare stock show which was a great thrill.
