Turn North off 3rd Ave. at the Dairy Queen

Entry Fee

Pre-registration: $8.00 for all events
After Thursday, June 15: $10.00

Course

The course is relatively flat and will be run on a paved road.

Awards

T-shirts, designed by local aartist Steve Klassen, will be given to everybody who completes an event.

There will be an awards ceremony after all events are completed.

Awards will be given to the top three places in each age category (excluding the fitness walk).

One or Two Mile Fitness Walk

The fitness walk will start at 3:15, walkers will have the option of walking one or two miles.

Half Mile Race

The half mile race is open to any boy or girl age 12 or under.  The 9 and under group will start at 3:55, and the 10-12 year olds will start at 4:05.

The Mt. Lake Mile

The Mountain Lake Mile will start at 4:15.  The age categories are Men 12 & under, 13 - 15, 16 - 18, 19 - 22, 23 - 27, 28 - 35, 36 + and Women 12 & under, 13 - 15, 16 - 18, 19 - 30, 31 +.

Four Mile Race

The four mile race will start at 4:30.  Throughout the race there will be water stops and there also will be people reading off splits at each mile.  The age categories are Men 15 & under, 16 - 18, 19 - 30, 31 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 -59, 60 + and Women 15 & under, 16 - 18, 19 - 30, 31 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 +.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be served at the finish.
